Professor Peter O'Connor FRSNZ

Peter O’Connor is Professor of Education and Founding Director of the Centre for Arts and Social Transformation at the University of Auckland.  With over 100 publications, including authoring or editing 10 books, Peter is acknowledged internationally for his work in schools after crisis. He has recently  led the development of a mental health education approach through creative pedagogies with the Sir John Kirwan Foundation that is in 300 schools throughout Aotearoa.
