Call for Abstracts
Abstract Submissions are now closed.
Please note that abstract submissions are for break-out sessions not for keynote speakers. Keynote speakers will be invited.
All abstracts are subject to review by the ICP 2026 Convention Committee and volunteer reviewers and acceptance into the programme is not guaranteed.
Conditions of submission
- Presenters must register and pay to attend ICP 2026 in order for their presentations to be confirmed in the programme. Registrations must be received no later than 28 November 2025 to be confirmed in the programme.
- Presenters are required to organise their own travel and accommodation arrangements if required.
Important Dates
- Closing date for submission of abstracts 29 August 2025
- Approximate notification date of acceptance of abstract 31 October 2025
- Presenters confirm participation and register by 28 November 2025
